Transaperency for users

ChatGPT and its parent company, Websmart LLC, are strong advocates of transparency. On this page, you’ll find detailed information about how CrashGPT operates and the ways it generates revenue to keep its services free for users. For any inquiries about CrashGPT, please contact Kevin Mendez at kevin@websmart.com.

How does the CrashGPT AI model work?

CrashGPT is a Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT) designed to assist users in the event of car accidents. Its responses are fine-tuned monthly to enhance clarity, conciseness, and accuracy. To ensure compliance with The Florida Bar regulations, CrashGPT’s answers are tested and monitored on a monthly basis by lawyers who are licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar. For questions that fall outside the scope of general advice, CrashGPT is programmed to recommend that users contact an attorney who is licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar. It also offers users the option to either visit a list of such attorneys or have CrashGPT connect them with a Florida Bar attorney internally, in case they are unable to connect with an attorney on their own.

How does the referral program work?

CrashGPT is committed to complying with all Florida Bar requirements and is actively working to become a Qualified Provider/Lawyer Referral Service. CrashGPT does not receive a fee per client-lawyer connection; instead, it receives a flat fee for listing Florida Bar-approved attorneys based on location (city, state, zip code). This fee helps sustain CrashGPT’s free services, as well as its marketing and development efforts. Please note that CrashGPT is a private service and is not endorsed by The Florida Bar.

CrashGPT is not a law firm

CrashGPT is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not directly provide legal services. It serves as a platform to connect users with licensed attorneys who are approved by The Florida Bar. Additionally, CrashGPT only provides general guidelines on what to do after a car accident. All legal services are provided exclusively by independent attorneys, and CrashGPT’s role is limited to facilitating connections between users and qualified legal professionals.
